Dr. Magat provides services to achieve optimal athletic performance.

I provide services to achieve optimal athletic performance. My theoretic orientation is based primarily on ACT (Acceptance Committment Therapy) as the foundation to tailor a unique approach guided by an individual’s life experiences,  personality traits, and clarified values and goals. 

 

Specific training will teach skills to promote

 

  • Resilience/"Mental Toughness"

 

  • Flexible Allocation of Focus

 

  • Sustained Motivation

 

  • Return to Sport from Injury
